Job Duties:

Design the data model layers to generate reports and dashboards. Build, design and enhance Power BI reports and Dashboards using Power BI Service applications. Perform data management and modeling utilizing Power BI, SQL programming and advanced Excel/Access capabilities to build data sets for analysis which sourced from incident management tools across the JIRA platform and ServiceNow Platform. Access cube needs based on user requirements. Work with the Database teams to ensure data elements are functionally created within the Azure Cloud Database. Perform conversion of SSAS Cubes into Power BI Datasets. Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights. Work with the analysts and data validators to ensure mapping and outcomes are accurate. Prepare technical Design Document. Develop SQL/PLSQL programs to implement the complex logic in understandable report formats and prepare prototype of report templates as per client needs. Design complex dashboards for monitoring enterprise applications daily activities and application performances. Tune SQL queries & reports to reduce the run time of reports for better performances. Will work in Austin, TX and/or various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
